Before he died, Jonathan Postel wanted there to be hundreds and hundreds of Top Level Domains (TLD). With respect to the TLD set, the fundamental question is, does the Internet belong to all of humanity, or only to the greedy commercial interests? If it is affirmed that the Internet belongs to all humanity, then new TLD designations ought to blossom without hidden-agenda repression. Here is a list of potential TLD designations.
