Brett Lewis is a partner in the firm of Lewis & Hand, LLP in Brooklyn, New York. Brett has represented complainants and respondents in numerous UDRP disputes, and is experienced representing clients in federal court in complaints regarding violations of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA). Brett also advises clients in issues involving various types of Internet and licensing agreements, as well as trademark and copyright infringement. Before founding Lewis & Hand, LLP, Brett worked as Associate General Counsel for Register.com.
