- Other than the Background Information poll? That page will point to documents that already exist, and will contain background facts and data that the participants all agree on. It is easy to imagine pulling the background information out of existing "fully formed" proposals and chunking it into the background section. -- bcss
- Does it make sense to have a starting substance and links page that's not a stage in this poll process? Some people might want to get into the substantive discussion rather than engaging with all the procedure first. -- Wendy Seltzer
- Makes sense to me. The first poll is largely procedural, but the second through fifth polls are all substantive. I imagine that the first stage of the poll will happen quite quickly. While the first poll is perking, I'm going to be working on adding existing community information to the Document section of each of the five polls mentioned above. Folks who would like to skip the procedure bits can join me there :-) -- bcss
- OK, what's been confusing to me, and perhaps to some other potential participants, is that these pages are mostly about process at this point. I guess it's up to us to add the substance! It looks as though the "Document" section of each page, and specifically the Background Information page, would be the place to start doing that. -- Wendy
