Coyote
The Coyote has the look and feel of a Tex/Mex restaurant without the cuisine of one (Save for a few sides, like a creamy guacamole) The menu includes a selection of casual fare and several original main dishes.
I ordered the Navajo lamb thinking that the menu's "puff pastry" might have been a description of Navajo fry bread.
But it really was lamb in a puff wheat pastry, with shredded beets and a mushroom sauce - about as Navajo as saying "Ya'at'eeh, mate"
I was, however, nearly done before remembering that I was going to take a picture...
