1). The whole concept of access. In the future there will be the need for a much broader access to the Internet due to services that can be delivered to people. There are, however, major challenges due to the need for broader access.

In essence people change, which creates a change in content as well as the inclusion of multi-cultural elements, thus changing the way the Internet is handled today. One of the major aspects deals with individual protection of users/visitors to the Internet.


2). It is important to work at the local level to get things done. By this, it is important not just to create standards, or have businesses create applications that expand the use of the Internet, it is important to ensure that effort is made at the local level to gain input to shape the Internet by how people wish to utilize the Internet. This in turn makes them feel more comfortable, such as with security issues, if they understand how this works and how it will protect them during use of the Internet.
