Frannie Wellings
Frannie Wellings is the North American representative to the Executive Committee of the Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC) of ICANN. Frannie was a member of the 2005 and 2006 Nominating Committees. She's also a member of the Public Interest Registry (PIR) Advisory Council.
Frannie is the Associate Policy Director for Free Press, a US, non-profit organization working to reform communications policy and involve the public in communications policymaking. She is based in Washington, D.C.
