Herb Waye

Herb is the adjunct to the Ombudsman for ICANN.

As Adjunct to the Ombudsman, Herb assists Frank Fowlie, Ombudsman, during vacation periods or when the Ombudsman is otherwise unavailable. Herb's background is also with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

He lives in Ottawa with his fiancée Christine. Herb recently completed a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training (MALT) with a specialization in Justice and Public Safety Leadership (JPSL) at Royal Roads University where he is now an associate faculty in the BJus Program.

Herb hails from Nova Scotia, where his parents, Sam and Ada, continue to reside. He has lived most of his life in the Province of Quebec and is fluently bilingual in French and English but can also speak just enough Spanish to get in trouble!!! He has three children, Andrew, Jillian and Michael. He also has 2 sisters, one living in Toronto, the other Ohio.

Herb est l'adjoint de l'ombudsman pour ICANN.

Son rôle consiste à assister Frank Fowlie, l'Ombudsman, et d'assumer son rôle d'ombudsman pendant ses vacances ou au besoin. Herb vient également de la Gendarmerie Royale du Canada.

Il demeure à Ottawa avec sa fiancée Christine. Il vient de terminer un programme de maîtrise en Leadership et Formation, avec une spécialiisation en Justice et Sécurité Publique à l'Université Royal Roads.

Herb vient de la Nouvelle-Écosse et a passé la majorité de sa vie dans la province de Québec. Il parle français, anglais et un peu d'espagnol. Il a trois enfants: Andrew, Jillian et Michael.
