Lucy Nichols

I am pleased to announce that Ms. Lucy Nichols has been elected to serve as the IPC's 3rd GNSO Council Representative, effective immediately. In accordance with Resolution [03.164] of the ICANN Board, she will serve on the Council until the end of the ICANN annual meeting in 2004.
