Membership Advisory Group (MAG) (.mobi)

The primary mission of the MAG is to act as a gathering place and discussion forum for industry suggestions to provide policy input to the mTLD Policy Advisory Board ("PAB") via the MAG elected members of the PAB, with the goal of ensuring that the mobile Top Level Domain ("mTLD") is operated in the best interests of the mTLD community and the Internet at large.

The principal functions of the MAG are to:

• Propose policy recommendations to the PAB;
• Act as a gathering place and discussion forum for its members to discuss the operations of the mTLD, including proposals submitted by mTLD for consideration by the MAG, identify the current needs and future requirements of registry operations, and provide advice via the PAB with respect to its findings;
• Designate the five (5) members of the PAB to represent the interests of the commercial participants and trade associations in the mobile industry community;
• Any other activities necessary to fulfill its Mission.
