Who is this guy?

He has ruined countless customers. I am one of his victims. ITC2 has all of its domains registered at registerfly.com. We started getting renewal notices of our main domains (7 of them due to expire in March of 2007) even though the Domains ere set to autorenew and our account had more than enough money in it. Concerned, we called the customer support line and we were assured that the domains would renew on time.

Last night (March 10th) I got a call from our affiliate in Japan telling us that our site (ITC2.ORG) was pointed to a site running advertising. Alarmed, we immediately went to discover that not only dd RegisterFly.com allow our domain to expire, but there was no answer at the customer service line or the billing line. This after 45 minutes on hold and as the announced queue got shorter the average wait time increased from "Just under 2 minutes" to over 20 minutes. Then at the end it asid that "no one was available to take my call" and that the voice mail box was full. Today (March 11) our account was charged for 4 renewals and not one domain was actually renewed.

We are a 4 year old service organization that does Experience Certification of professionals. We are effectively out of business as marketing dollars are flowingdown the drain while Mr. Medina has his fat sucked at our expene. (By the way, Kevin, when you pay a professional escort, they really shouldn't care what you look like)

Would anyone out there care to comment on who is a probable at-fault party against whom we can all file a common law suit? Also it might be helpful if all possible actions against Mr. Medina were listed here so we can all make sure this guy regrets the day the courts gave registerfly back to him.

This man, Kevin Medina, has destroyed many people in this fraud.
