Somalia Ministry of Post and Telecommunications is the organization that manages and administers the .so ccTLD for Somalia.[1]

The ccTLD was redelegated to them in 2010, after a deal was struck between the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) and the Japanese registry servies provider, GMO Registry. The .so registry infrastructure is based in Japan, operating on an open model so that anyone can register .so domains. It has over 30,000 entries.[1]
