I am from Albania, working in Albanian Governmental sector specifically i Ministry of Energy and Industry as ICT expert.
I am from Albania, living in Tirana
I am involved in Internet Governance, cybersecurity and two times ICANN Fellows (ICANN 57 in Hyderabad and ICANN58 in Copenhagen).
Since, 2007 i am working in Governmental Institutions as:
I have also participated RIPE NCC SEE5, IGF, EuroDIG, SEEDIG and other Global, European and Regional meetings related Internet Governance and cybersecurity.
2007 - 2008 - Ministry of Defense as ICT Expert for Network Infrastructure
2008 - 2013 Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy as Head of ICT/ICT Expert
2013 - 2017 Ministry of Energy and Industry as ICT Expert/ cybersecurity Expert
2017 - actually, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy as Head of Policies and Strategies Development for Telecommunication and Post
Since 2015, I am engaged and contributor for Internet Governance, cybersecurity, Internet process development and Internet Ecosystem. These years i have participated as ICANN Fellow (ICANN 57, ICANN58, ICANN59 and ICANN62).
I have contributed and participated RIPE NCC SEE5, 76, 78, IGF 2015-2019, EuroDIG 2016-2019, SEEDIG 2016-2019, SIF 2019 and other Global, European and Regional meetings in the fields of Internet Governance, cybersecurity/Trust and Security, digital policies, IoT, online privacy, digital infrastructure, connectivity, etc.,
2017 - actually, initiator and Coordinator of Albania IGF
2017- actually, member and board member with Secretary position on EURALO Individual Association at ALS
2019 Ambassador of South Eastern Europe Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG)
2019 - 2020 Board Member Selection Process Committee (BMSPC)
