'''Nic.tm''' is the registry for the [[.tm]] country code top level domain name ([[ccTLD]]) for Turkmenistan. It is a subsidiary of [[Internet Computer Bureau]] (ICB), chaired by [[Paul Kane]]. The company is headquartered in United Kingdom and maintains offices in United States and Japan.

In 2003, the registration for .tm ccTLD was re-opened by Nic.tm on a first come first serve basis.
