Mr. España has been working at [[Neustar]] since 2001. Currently his role within [[Neustar]] is to manage the Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions, focusing on a variety of issues including channel management and monitoring [[ccTLD]] activities.
Previously, Mr. España Espana worked with [[Melbourne IT]] (2000 - 2001 ), an Australian registrar. He also worked for [[Network Solutions]] (1998 - 2000) prior to the creation of [[ICANN]] and the separation of the Registry and Registrar functions.
Mr. España Espana holds a Bachelors of Arts from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
