Brian Cute attended the University of Vermont (1981 — 1986). He has a Juris Doctor (1989 — 1991) in Law from the University of Bridgeport, another Juris Doctor (1989 — 1991) in Law Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Licence en droit communautaire (1993 — 1994) in Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles.
