Silva's first [[ICANN Meetings|ICANN Meeting]] was [[ICANN 48]] in Buenos Aires, where he attended as an Honorary Fellow. He also participated as an [[ICANN Fellow]] at [[ICANN 54]] in Dublin and [[ICANN 50]] in London. For [[ICANN 51]] in Los Angeles, he was an Alumni Leader in the Fellowship Program, where he was nominated for the for the ExCom position of Secretariat at the [[NPOC Constituency]] as a member for [[AGEIA DENSI]].<ref name="icannwiki">ICANNWiki - ICANN 48 Intake Form, November 2013.</ref> Afetrwards, he has attended to almost every meetting during 2015, 2016 and 2017.
