Duncan Burns was previously ICANN's Senior Vice President of Global Communications from May 2013 to Mar 2018.[1][2] In February 2018, it was announced that Burns would be leaving ICANN to serve as Vice President of External Communications for mortgage finance company, Fannie Mae.[3]
