From 2000 to 2007, Hollard was a founding partner and COO of Futura Rewards, the third largest coalition loyalty program in Canada. He continues to serve on the board of the Futura Loyalty Group. Prior to joining Futura Rewards, he spent five years as a Managing Partner of Surf Side Limited, a sporting goods company that he turned from a struggling business into a top-tier company. His focus is on security, stability and resiliency of the .CA domain name system (DNS) and sound operation and policy development that supports the .CA registry. In striving for operational excellence, Holland provides sound financial management, ensures exceptional customer service, and observes and implements globally recognized best practices at CIRA.
