Harold Arcos works at ViVe Tv, where he is an Investigative Journalist in Telecommunications as well as an A/V Producer. he is also the President of Internauta Venezuela. He has been involved through ICANN as an elected member of ALAC, where he was chosen to represent interests of the end-users of the Latin America and Caribbean regions.[1]
ICANN 54 in Dublin was his first ICANN Meeting.[1]
