Neil Dundas is also an attorney and a previous partner with the law firm Bowman Gilfillan Inc. His area of expertise is domain name dispute resolution; and he was the first South African based attorney to make successful use of the ICANN UDRP process in the case involving NANDOS.COM and SANLAM.COM.[3]
