Net4India was started in the year 1999 by Jasjit Singh Sawhney and Iqbal Gandham. Both Jasjit Singh Sawhney and Iqbal Gandham returned to India from hte UK to start Net4India. Initially, Net4 was supposed to be a dial-up ISP.[2]
