Marilia Hirano has been the Continuous Improvement Manager at ICANN since October 2014, where she works for the IANA department. [1][2]

Prior to that, she worked for close to two years as an Operations Manager for International SOS. She has extensive experience in client relationship management and direct customer service with large brands.[1]

ICANN 51 in Los Angeles was her first ICANN conference. One of her proudest life achievements is helping to organize and coordinate the FIFA World Cup Operations.[2]
