ICT enthusiast Pakistani having multi-discipline experience across academia, telco and government. He has a good educational background and accomplished MCS degree from Hamdard University with specialization in software engineering. He also pursued MBA (Executive) in addition to many professional diplomas and certificate courses. He has great contribution for Ministry of IT & Telecom on many sensitive and diverse matters in addition to his core responsibilities as Project Manager R&D Fund.

Previously he has worked for Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) at job level of Assistant Manager in Billing and Customer Care from September 2005 to December 2006. He also served the University of Management and Technology(UMT), Lahore earlier before joining PTCL.

Specialties: Azeem is an ICT Evangelist with expertise in technical coordination (internal and external) with public and private stakeholders in addition to international coordination. His core assignments ranges from Government Affairs, Public Policy, Project Management in addition to coordination with global ICT agencies. -I am an enthusiast Pakistani national, who is attached with Ministry of IT & Telecom(MoITT) since January 2007. I have a good educational background with Master of Computer Science(MCS) from Institute of Leadership and Management, affiliated with Hamdard University and further to polish my managerial skills i pursued M.B.A(Executive), international executive program of commonwealth learning from Allama Iqbal Open University. I have multi-discipline experience across the areas of ICT policies with international exposure. I joined Ministry of IT & Telecom on January 2007 as Project Manager-R&D and served MoITT for many higher, sensitive and diverse matters in addition to the key responsibilities. Currently, I have been working in National ICT R&D Fund, Ministry of IT & Telecom.
