Eyvaz Alishov is the International Relations Manager and ICT Policy Adviserfrom Azerbaijan and currently living in Finland.
He previously worked as Leading/Chief Adviser at Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (Azerbaijan)| 2009 – 2014 and as an adviser at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan | 2014 – 2015.
He was invited by the IGF to attend ICANN 43 in Costa Rica.[1]
