He was born on 11th of March, 1982 in Azerbaijan. He got his bachelor of international relations degree in Baku State University, Azerbaijan and master of international relations degree in Ege University, Turkey. Eyvaz speaks Azeri, English, Russian, Turkish and Finnish languages.
