Richard Wein is the CEO of nic.at, the ccTLD of Austria.[1]

He is the nic.at representative for CENTR,[2] and served on the CENTR Board of Directors from 2006 until 2010.[3]

Since May 2017, Richard is a member of the eco Association Names & Numbers Steering Committee.[4]

Past Work

Wein has been with nic.at since the summer of 2000. Prior to that, he was employed with various Austrian companies like Agfa-Gaevert, the Sigl brewery, Wiberg, and the Bürgerbräu brewery, in positions which earned him financial, administrative, organizational and IT experience.[5]

Education

He received his education from Fachhochschule München.[6]
