Garth Miller is the Director of CoCCA.[1] CoCCA is a non-profit society with offices in New Zealand and Christmas Island (an external territory of Australia). CoCCA provides its members a variety of technical and policy tools to efficiently manage their respective ccTLDs.[2]

Miller helps to develop the knowledge and infrastructure necessary for countries to run successful ccTLDs. He does this work in conjunction with Minds + Machines, which has an exclusive deal with CoCCA resulting in the optimization of CoCCa's open-source codebase.[3]
