I am an enthusiast Pakistani national, who is attached with Ministry of IT & Telecom(MoITT) since January 2007. I have a good educational background with Master of Computer Science(MCS) from Institute of Leadership and Management, affiliated with Hamdard University and further to polish my managerial skills i pursued M.B.A(Executive), international executive program of commonwealth learning from Allama Iqbal Open University. I have multi-discipline experience across the areas of ICT policies with international exposure. I joined Ministry of IT & Telecom on January 2007 as Project Manager-R&D and served MoITT for many higher, sensitive and diverse matters in addition to the key responsibilities. Currently, I have been working in National ICT R&D Fund, Ministry of IT & Telecom.

I have attended many professional trainings and workshops with key ICT organizations as well as to represent Pakistan in high level study visits and workshops. It helped me to interact with international key consultants/experts to share best practices and to provide an opportunity to collaborate, converse and identify common goals across the globe.

I am an ICT Specialist offering more than fifteen years success on diverse technology projects with key emphasis on ICTs and Project Management. I have gathered expertise in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluations, Coordination with Government, Ministries, Academia, Telecom operators, Regulatory Authority and national and International ICT agencies.
