Shubham Saran is a General Manager for National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) and a member of the ASO.

At NIXI, Saran manages the National Internet Registry IRINN, the ccTLD Registries .IN and .Bharat in the IDNs of 22 official languages.[1]

Saran has a bachelor's and a master's in business administration from Jiwaji University and Jagan Institute of Management Studies, respectively.[3]
