Ambrose Ruyooka is the Acting Commissioner for Information Technology at the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Uganda.[1]

Career History[edit | edit source]

Mr. Ruyooka holds an MBA in Financial and Computer Management from Cyprus Institute of Marketing, PGD from the Makerere University and BSc/Ed in Physics and Mathematics from the same university.[2]

His education includes: Designing Web Based Learning Materials (2003) offered by the ITU at AFLALTI Nairobi, Comprehensive Programme in Building eLearning Institutions by Tele-Akademie University of Applied Sciences Germany, Advanced ICT4D Trainers, by the International Institute for Communications Development (IICD) the Netherlands. Mr. Ruyooka holds a CCAI for the UICT Cisco Regional Networking Academy.[3]
