Manuel Sanroma is the head of the Foundation PuntCAT, which was established for the purpose of managing the .cat TLD for the Catalan language. In 2002, Sanroma was the representative of PuntCAT at the XII Congreso de Valores de Empresa Y Sociedad, which took place in Barcelona. There is a Sponsored TLD Registry Agreement between PuntCAT and ICANN.

- On May 15-16, the second U.S.-E.U. Trade and Technology Council (TTC) summit took place in Paris. The first meeting was held in Pittsburgh, PA, in September 2021.
