Neil Duncan Dundas is the Policy and Legal Advisor for UniForum SA, the organization responsible for the South African domain name registry, CO.ZA.[1] His job responsibilities include managing domain name disputes and advising the Board of potential liability risks.He also assists and advises the Board with strategic legal planning, specifically in relation to disputes within the CO.ZA domain.

Neil Dundas participates in various international IT meetings and serminars representing the .ZA administrator, such as the WIPO and ICANN ccTLD Geneva meeting. [2]

Neil Dundas is also an attorney and a partner with the law firms of John & Kernick and Bowman Gilfillan. His area of expertise is domain name dispute resolution; and he was the first South African based attorney to make successful use of the ICANN UDRP process in the case involving NANDOS.COM and SANLAM.COM.[3]
