Pedro Andrade has been Google Inc.'s Public Policy & Government Affairs Counsel for Latin America since 2007. His work involves setting up Google's Internet legislative and regulatory environment for Latin America.[1]

Mr. Andrade is a law professor with expertise in Internet policy and regulation.[2] He received his Master's degree from the University of Georgia; he wrote his thesis on the international regulation of electronic commerce. He is on the faculty of the University of Buenos Aires, a guest lecturer at other institutions, and a professor at the South School on Internet Governance.
Pedro is a board member and head of the regulatory commission for Argentina’s Internet Industry Chamber (CABASE), and a member of the legislative commission of the Argentinean E-commerce Chamber (CACE); he has held both of these positions since 2009.[3] Mr. Andrade is also the Academic coordinator of the Technology & Justice Program of the International Judicial Academy in Washington D.C..[4]
