*Since 1997, he has been a private consultant, project manager and evaluator for many firms, which include Economisti Associati, The European Evaluation Consortium, Consortium IBM, DG Information Society and Media, IFC (International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group), Gellis communication, UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development), European Business Register (EBR eeig) and UNIDO.
