.chatr was a Brand TLD being proposed in ICANN's New gTLD Program. The applicant is Rogers Communications Partnership.[1]

The application was withdrawn around October, 2012, likely after the company saw that there were no other infringing applications and they didn't feel the need to defensively register at the top-level. With well over 600 brand applications, .chatr was only one of about 5 applications that have been withdrawn.[2]
