.desi is a proposed new TLD in ICANN's New gTLD Program.
Applicants
There are two companies seeking the approval of the internet governing body to delegate the .desi string in the root zone of the internet domain name system and to serve as registry operator. The applicants include: [1]
- Afilias Domains No. 4 Limited - The TLD is one of the 305 domain name string filed by the company. [2]
- Desi Networks LLC - The contact person for the company is Mr. Ravin Ohri. The company has applied for the string as a Brand gTLD.
