Commenting on the program and iiNet's plans, the Operations Manager said it was "relatively cheap way to secure a part of the internet".[1] iiNet announced ARI Registry Services as their registry services provider in March, 2012.[2]
iiNet is Australia's second largest DSL ISP. It employs 2,000 people in 4 countries and supports 1.3 million services across Australia. The company was started in 1993, and it is a publicly listed company.[3]
