.lpl is a new generic top level domain name (gTLD) proposal of LPL Financial, a company providing integrated platform of proprietary technology, brokerage, and investment advisory services. The .lpl gTLD application is handled by [[OpenRegistry], a start-up back-end registry solutions provider and its technical arm Sensirius. [1] [2]
