Two entities, Business Railliart Inc. and GMO Registry, have both announced intentions to apply for the extension, and it remains unclear whether or not the two are working together or are preparing competitive bids. Both entities have also declared intentions to apply for .okinawa as well.[1][2] Furthermore, both companies are included in a list of 4 Japanese companies that have received approval from the Government of Osaka to apply and run .osaka.[3]
