On Sept 23, 2013 Donuts received a Registry Agreement signed by ICANN for .tips after passing the Initial Evaluation.[4]

Sunrise
The Registry announced that their Sunrise Period for the string would begin 17 December 2013 and end on 14 February 2014.[5]
