Introduction:
The Romulans are a space faring people from the space fantasy series, Star Trek. Arrogant and technologically advanced, the romulans have long been a thorn in the side of the more peaceful Federation of Planets.
Technology:
The Romulans are possessed of advanced cloaking technology that they have sucessfully employed to advance the extent of their star spanning empire.
Culture:
The Romulan Empire is a complex hierarchy, with the suppression and oppression of the lower [[1]] classes financing the cultured and sophisticated lifestyle of those in power.
