Ahmed Bakhat Baloch is the Deputy Director of Network and ICT at the Pakistan Telecom Authority, where he manages and implements security-systems. He has held the position since August 1998.[1]

His involvement with ICANN focuses on security, especially DNSSEC.[2] He is a member of ISOC's Islamabad chapter. He was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires.[3]
