Albert Chang is Corporate Counsel with CIRA, Canada's national ccTLD registry for .ca. He has been with the organization since 2007. Prior to joining CIRA, Albert practiced intellectual property law with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, and clerked for Madam Justice Tremblay-Lamer at the Federal Court of Canada.
