Amicia Mussenden is an Economist with over 23 years experience in public policy analysis, strategic planning and project management in the public sector. She currently holds the position of Director of Technology in the Department of Technology, Ministry of Justice, Legal Affairs and Communications, Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. Amicia is also a Commissioner of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in St. Kitts and Nevis.
