Raje worked on large scale e-governance G2C, G2G problem statements for various government departments and enterprises. Researched and applied optimized algorithms for cryptographic framework implementations. Raje's professional experience encompasses technology consulting to enterprises, governments, law enforcement agencies, Internet Services organizations, Internet Exchange Points, Academia & Research Institutions. His leadership experience blends with technology innovations and an interest in volunteering for societal causes and capacity development.[4][5]

Raje outreached with the community as trainer, panelist[6][7], and speaker[8][9][10][11][12] on different platforms through the years.

ICANN 55 in Marrakech, Morocco was Raje's first ICANN Meeting at which he was an ICANN Fellow[13]. He was also selected for and completed Internet Society's Next Generation Leaders program.[5]

Major Works & Accomplishments

Raje has participated in as well as organized multiple International Technology forums, workshops and conferences, and he has received fellowships from ICANN, ISOC, APRICOT[14][15], APSIG[16] and IETF[17]. He was involved in implementing the Indian IETF Capacity Building Program (IICB), which aims to increase awareness of Internet standards and Protocols in engineering students, so as to increase participation in IETF activities. Contributed towards hosting South Asia Network Operators Group (SANOG 34[18][19]), INSIG 2019[20] and India Internet Week 2019 in Kolkata. His technical community contributions involves contributing towards hosting India’s first L-Root anycast instance[21], community Internet Exchange IIFON Kolkata IX. Raje has been featured in ICANN, ICANNWiki [22]and ISOC APAC Newsletters[23].

Education

Raje holds NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology) B Level and Master of Computer Science Degree from Annamali University, as well as various professional certifications DSCI DCPLA, CSSP, CCNSP.[5]. Partcipated in different technology workshops of ICANN, APNIC, NSRC, APSIG[16] on IPv6, DNS/DNSSEC, BGP, IXP, Internet Governance

Current Research Areas

Raje is currently involved in operations research on Critical Internet Infrastructure[24][25], DNS its extensions and associated implementation challenges, Anycast Root Servers, routing detours.
