Andrey Vorobiev is the head of external relations and communications at RU-CENTER, Russia's leading domain registrar. He also gives legal support to Internet projects.

Vorobiev has authored various research studies devoted to the protection of intellectual property rights in the Internet and Internet security issues. He co-authored the books Encyclopedia of site building («Энциклопедия сайтостроения») and Creation of Websites («Создание сайтов»).
