Andrey Vorobiev is the head of external relations and communications at RU-CENTER, Russia's leading domain registrar. He also gives legal support to Internet projects.
Since 2004, he has been a Member of the Advisory Council for the Regional Public Center of Internet Technologies (ROCIT), Member of the Expert Council of the Award for the contribution to the national segment of the Internet (Runet Prize), since 2005 - member of the administration for the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC). He also frequently acts as the official representative for the Russian domain industry in different national and international events and meetings. Education
In 1999 Andrey Vorobyev graduated from the department of traffic engineering and production organization of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering and received a degree "mechanical engineer." In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Intellectual Property in the specialty "Lawyer." In 2009, he received his degree, "Intellectual Property Appraiser" after the additional training in the International Academy of Appraisal and Consulting (IAAC).
