Anna Liz Thomas is a master's student of International Affairs at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Before that, she lived in Bangalore and studied law in Hyderabad. Anna is interested in the intersection between technology and the law, especially in relation to free speech, intermediary liability, and privacy laws.
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation
Anna was part of the NextGen program at ICANN 57, and was a NextGen Ambassador for ICANN 59. She has also been a Youth Fellow for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum in Bangkok in 2017.
Education
Anna received her B.A.LLB (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India.
