Anna Liz Thomas is a final year law student from India. She lives in Bangalore, but is currently pursuing her studies in Hyderabad. Anna is interested in the intersection between technology and the law, especially in relation to free speech, intermediary liability, and privacy laws.

ICANN and Internet Governance Participation

Anna was part of the NextGen programme at ICANN57, and was a NextGen Ambassador for ICANN 59. She has also been a Youth Fellow for the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum in Bangkok in 2017.

Education

Anna is in the fifth year of the B.A.LLB (Hons.) Programme at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India.
