Atsushi Endo has been with Japan Registry Services Co., Ltd (JPRS), the .jp ccTLD Manager since 2001.

Currently, as a General Manager of the Corporate Planning Office, he is in charge of designing the strategic plan and business administration of JPRS. Prior to his current position, he was involved in the external affairs, public relations and business development of JPRS. He has been heavily engaged in business development of JPRS including gTLD Registrar and new gTLD business through contracting RAAs（Registrar Accreditation Agreements）between JPRS and its subsidiary and the RA（Registry Agreement）of the TLD .jprs with ICANN Organization.

Atsushi is a long-time participant of the ICANN community. His first ICANN Meeting was ICANN 32 in Paris in 2008, and he has been a regular attendee and participant of ICANN since ICANN 40 in San Francisco in 2011.

Currently, he is a member of ccNSO Strategic and Operational Planning Standing Committee (SOPC) and contributes to its works utilizing his experience as a member of ccNSO Strategic and Operational Working Group (SOPWG) from 2010 to 2012.[1]
